On-device detection
Face and text detection can miss or misidentify content. Review the full image and manually cover anything that was not detected. When contacting support, do not send the source image; include the device, iOS version, app build, and reproduction steps.
Ads and purchases
An ad shown before analysis may be video or static. Analysis continues if no ad is available. If Remove Ads is not reflected, use Restore Purchases in Settings. Do not publish an order number when requesting help; check only the necessary details in Apple's purchase history.
