- OshiCue Plus, an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks ad removal, higher registration limits, CSV/JSON export, iCloud backup and restore, share cards without watermark, expanded widgets, additional AI-assisted schedule creation allowance, visit maps, and read-only HealthKit participation review features.
- Price
- Prices are shown in the in-app purchase screen. Please confirm each product's price and term before purchase.
- Additional fees
- Internet connection and communication fees are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Payment is made through App Store in-app purchase. Available payment methods follow Apple Account settings.
- Payment timing
- Charged at purchase or renewal according to the payment method set for the Apple ID.
- Service start
- Paid features become available immediately after purchase completion, although reflection may take time depending on network or App Store processing.
- Subscription renewal and cancellation
- OshiCue Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Cancellation is handled from iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, it renews automatically.
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital content, customer-requested cancellation after purchase is not accepted. Refunds follow App Store refund procedures and Apple's rules.
- Operating environment
- See the App Store product page or in-app display. Some features depend on device settings, network environment, iOS, or external service specifications.
- Special conditions
- Free/Plus differences, registration limits, ad display conditions, and monthly usage counts for AI-assisted schedule creation follow the in-app plan display. AI-assisted schedule creation requires Sign in with Apple for usage count management.
- Inquiry reception
- Inquiries are accepted 24 hours a day. Replies are handled sequentially during business hours.
