These terms define the conditions for using OshiCue, provided by Rem-do Apps. Users agree to these terms when using the app.
The Japanese terms are the authoritative version. This English translation is provided for convenience.
Article 1. Scope
These terms apply to all relationships between the operator and users regarding use of the app. Help, notices, and individual conditions separately provided by the operator form part of these terms.
Article 2. Service
OshiCue provides functions for managing fan activity schedules and records. CareKit is not used. Some functions differ between Free and Plus plans.
Main Features
- Management of favorites, events, streams, deadlines, timetables, spending, goods, random goods, and notes.
- Multiple YouTube, X, website, and other links for each favorite.
- A visited places map for saving places separately from events, including the place name, address, visit date, notes, tags, photos, and an optional related favorite.
- Image attachments and editing, previews, album saving, and share cards.
- JSON import, CSV and JSON export, iCloud backup and restore, and syncing across devices using the same Apple Account.
- Widgets, Live Activity, Apple Music linkage, tips, voice input, and venue maps.
- Read-only Apple HealthKit participation records and AI-assisted schedule candidates from URLs.
Free Plan
The Free plan supports up to two favorites, four events per month, two timetables per month, five goods items, and three image attachments per item. Random goods entries are treated as organizational entries under a parent goods item.
Apple Music linkage, standard image attachments, image previews, free-form cropping, angle correction, saving to the device photo library, share card creation, JSON import, basic statistics by favorite, one regular AI-assisted schedule creation use per month, and one optional rewarded-ad use per month are also available on the Free plan.
Plus Plan
Plus provides the following features, among others:
- Ad removal and higher registration limits.
- Export, iCloud backup and restore, and syncing across devices using the same Apple Account.
- Expanded widgets, visited place maps, and a separate allowance of seven AI-assisted schedule creation uses per month.
Device Sync and JSON Export
Device sync begins after the user reviews and selects the data to use as the initial source. It syncs schedules, records, attached images, and other supported data across devices using the same Apple Account. This is separate from recovery-oriented iCloud backup and confirmed restore.
JSON exports do not include image files.
Article 3. User Data and Responsibility
Users are responsible for event information, images, notes, spending, goods, rights handling, backups, and sharing destinations they register. The operator does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or permanence of user data.
Article 4. Prohibited Acts
Users must not violate laws or public order, infringe third-party rights, register false information, perform unauthorized access, reverse engineer, perform excessive continuous operations, or harm the app or others.
Article 5. Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the app belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute app content beyond private use.
Article 6. OshiCue Plus and Auto-Renewal
OshiCue Plus is an auto-renewing subscription provided through App Store in-app purchase. Subscription names, terms, and prices are shown in the purchase screen and Apple's confirmation screen. Cancellation and renewal management are handled through Apple Account subscription settings.
Article 7. Refunds and Cancellation
Billing, cancellation, and refunds for App Store in-app purchases follow Apple's terms and procedures. Pro-rated refunds for cancellation during a paid period are not provided except where required by law or Apple decision.
Article 8. Ads, AI-Assisted Schedule Creation, and External Services
Advertising
The Free plan may display ads through Google Mobile Ads SDK. The production app checks App Tracking Transparency status before starting ad requests and then presents consent choices through Google User Messaging Platform.
If tracking is not allowed, users can still use the app with ads that do not use IDFA.
AI-Assisted Schedule Creation
AI-assisted schedule creation requires Sign in with Apple to manage usage counts by Apple Account. URLs entered by users, portions of page text, detail page URLs, and partial image URLs may be sent to an external AI service to create schedule candidates.
Candidates are not saved automatically; users can review and edit the content, whether to save it, and the destination before saving.
Input Cautions and External Services
Do not enter URLs for pages that require sign-in, prohibit reuse, or contain personal or non-public information.
Place search uses Apple MapKit. Regular search and map display do not use the current location. The current location is used temporarily to show nearby candidates only after the user taps “Find Nearby.”
Advertising, AI analysis, App Store purchases, sharing through ShareLink, and external links are also subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policy.
Article 9. Changes and Suspension
The operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the app with or without prior notice for improvement, maintenance, incident response, security, or legal compliance.
Article 10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for missed schedules, failed notifications, calendar registration failures, data loss, disputes with third parties, or changes or outages of external services resulting from app use.
Article 11. Privacy
Information handling in the app follows the separately published Privacy Policy. By using the app, users are deemed to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.
Article 12. Changes to Terms
The operator may revise these terms as needed. Important changes will be announced in the app or distribution pages, and revised terms take effect when posted.
Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes regarding the app are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
